    Ninjutsu Materia

    Hello!

    We need a materia that allows us to cast any ninjutsu without being consumed and acts as tools.
    It would save us a lot of room and gils on playing Ninja.

    Wrong ff game. No materia exist. You have the option to do the same thing rngs do and lower the rate at which it's consumed. Can get 39 NJE realistically with gear another 25 from merits. Another 10-30 from yonin.
