    Cannot log onto one character

    Logging onto one character on my account (Peregrin on Valefor) causes Play Online to stop working

    Windows 10

    Frequency:
    Always occurs whenever attempting to log into character Peregrin on Valefor server

    Main Job:
    Black Mage

    Support Job:
    Scholar

    Area and Coordinates:
    Port Windrust, outside of the Mog House

    Party or Solo:
    Solo

    NPC Name:
    None

    Monster Name:
    None

    Steps:
    While moving from Port Windurst to my Mog House Play Online stopped working. When attempting to log back into the same character (Peregrin on Valefor) Play Online stops working. Other characters on the same account can be logged into.

    Do you have a phone with access to the internet? or an alternative internet connection in your household?

    If so, you could try tethering your phone with your PC and attempt to log in that way using your phones connection. In some cases this somehow "resets" the connection so that you will be able to login. Once you are logged in, you should be able to successfully log out, and then log back in via the normal means.
