    Boost not working on weapon skills

    Platform: Windows 10 Pro
    ISP: CenturyLink

    Monster Name: Bight Uragnite / Pinetorum
    Steps:
    1. Activate Boost.
    2. Use a weaponskill.
    3. See no change in damage compared to a WS without Boost.

    Tested this with H2H, club, dagger and staff, using MNK/BLM, BLM/MNK, and THF/MNK. Lack of damage increase results are the same across the board.
    All of the other adjustments appear to be working as per the update announcement notes.
