Coelestrox bugged: Won't accept Upgrade items for Totemic Gloves +3

Steps:
1. I traded Totemic Gloves +2, 35 Paragon Beastmaster Cards, and Fu's Scale
2. Select cheap option of 200 beads
3. Wait for the next game day
4. Changed job to Scholar/Black mage
5. Talk to Coelestrox
6. NPC gives text that he's waiting for futher upgrade items: 3x Faulpie Leather, 1 Cypress Log, 1 Cyan orb
7. Trade the above items
8. NPC ignores the trade

Notes:
YES, I checked the list of items and quantities many times over to make sure they match.

NO, I did not try to trade Cypress lumber instead of Cypress Log.

I tried Logging out and back in, changing job back to Beastmaster, waiting 2 more game days, and zoning away and back.

None of these changes prompted the NPC to accept the traded items.
I have upgraded several other Totemic pieces to +3 already. This is the only time something like this has occurred.

Perhaps you don't have enough beads to do the 2nd day upgrade, did you check your bead amount?
