Geo AF2 Quest won't start with AF1 +2 Equiped

Hello everyone,

I'd like to report a bug (suggested by GM Exterririsomnum) Concerning GEO Relic Quest.

Hestefa in Celennia Memorial Library won't give the Key Item Tapestry of bagua poetry if any of your artifact armor is already upgraded to +2 (with omen job cards).

The mini-quest to reacquire a dropped piece of artifact armor won't work either.

I guess that dropping the +2 armor would work, but I'd really like to know if it's intended before doing so.

Steps:
1. Equip full Geomancy Attire set (Hands being upgraded to +2, everything else is +1)
2. Talk to NPC. Relic Quest does not start.
3. Unable to reacquire Geomancy hands level 109.
