Full Gear Listings With Highest Stats for Level 90 RDM

I know there's a lot of people who might not keep up with the trends of gear, or who return to the game and aren't sure where the high markers are for stats anymore. So I thought I'd point out my post listing the highest stats in each category for each slot:

Hopefully some of you might find it useful. Don't take it out of context as practical gear setups. A lot of the gear is just an example of that equip slot's highest possible stat, but actually hauling it around is usually non-ideal in lieu of an equip with more universal use.

You can cap Fast Cast with simply the Warlock's Chapeau, and Duelist's Tabard at 90, seeing as how you can only cap:

casting time: 50%
recast time: 25%

with fast cast gear, you need to add haste to add the remaining recast time: 25%
