Steps:
Completed what I believe to be the first part of the quest "Luck of the Draw" by speaking with Ratihb, i then server transferred many years after starting this quest. Upon transfer I decided to obtain Corsair by completing the quest but was unable to. I am unable to complete the Cutscene from Mafwahb and I am unable to check the "???" in Arrapago Reef at H-10.
