completed records of eminence :call forth an alter ego and didnt get quest reward

Steps: I activated the Records of Eminence quest "Call forth an Alter Ego"
I completed the summoning of Kupipi
I received sparks and exp but not the Quest reward "Cipher: Valaineral"

I still need this item to continue the records of eminence trust magic chain.

Was your inventory full? If that's the case you need to make room in your inventory and go to Quests > Current Objectives and select the quest again so it gives you the Cipher.

I tried to restart it, it says it is not repeatable

(adding this here since i cannot reply to the post anymore...)

RoE "Call Forth an Alter Ego" is completed and i have the RoE "Alter Ego: Valaineral" available to take, but not the cipher for Valaineral
I have checked my inventories extensively, i do not have it.
is there any other way to get him in game? do i need a GM to spawn one for me?

Sounds like the quest should still be in your "Current" RoE list then. If you didn't receive the cipher and didn't get the follow up objective either then it isn't completed yet.

PS > If you did get the follow up objective there is a very high chance your cipher is somewhere in your inventory and you missed it while scrolling (happens more often than it should since the inventory doesn't have an official Search function yet.)
