    Current Known Issues (Jul. 11, 12)

    Regarding PlayOnline, we have received reports that the FINAL FANTASY XI program file “FFXi.dll” is deleted by certain security software.

    Please give us some time while we confirm the situation.

    Current Known Issues (Jul. 11, 12): Follow-up

    Regarding FFXI and the issue wherein the program file “FFXi.dll” was erased by certain security software, after reporting to the security software maker and performing an investigation, we have confirmed that the issue has been resolved.

    If the issue occurs, please look over the security software settings.
    This deals with the settings of the security software, so the manner in which to address the issue is at the user’s discretion, but the issue can be averted by excluding the detected file from being an object of virus scanning.

    *Please consult with your security software maker for specific details on how to exclude files.
