2 day rollback on character

Gm has escalated my case but suggested I post here as well

Logged into find my character rolled back to Sunday may 8th and all items, exp, gil, we're gone and reset to that date. I had logged out the night before in my mog house just to log back in the next day in escha zit ah where I had been on Sunday.

I had just managed to get a gyve doublet from dawn 2 bg before the 30 minute emergency patch at 5 to 5:30pm cst which I logged out in my mog house for.

I would like to be restored to a time at most 30 minutes before that emergency patch so I can get my doublet back.
