    PlayOnline Login Technical Difficulties (Apr. 5, 6)

    We are currently experiencing technical difficulties wherein players may have a difficult time logging into PlayOnline or are disconnected from the server.
    The issue is currently under investigation, and we ask for your patience and understanding as we resolve this in a timely manner.

    PlayOnline Login Technical Difficulties (Apr. 5, 6) Follow-Up

    Regarding the technical difficulties we are currently experiencing wherein players may have a difficult time logging into PlayOnline or are disconnected from the server, we are continuing to investigate and address the issue. However, it appears that recovery will take some time.
    We will keep you updated, and inform you as soon as there is a change in the situation.

    Due to this issue, the following services are unavailable:
    - Purchase/cancellation/recovery of Content ID
    - Purchase of expansions
    - Application for World Transfer Service
    - Migration to Square Enix Account

    We apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing.

    Recovery from PlayOnline Login Technical Difficulties (Apr. 6)

    At the time below, we experienced technical difficulties wherein players may have a difficult time logging into PlayOnline or are disconnected from the server.

    Please note that during this time, players were unable to do the following:
    - Review, purchase, cancel, or reactivate Content IDs
    - Purchase expansion pack registration codes
    - Apply for the World Transfer Service
    - Transfer a PlayOnline account to a Square Enix account

    We are pleased to announce that the issue has been addressed. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
