RoV - Final Cutscene Broken?

After completion of Rhapsodies of Vana'diel, when attempting to view the final cutscene for the quest 'A Rhapsody for the Ages' (via the Reisenjima Sanctorium Goblin Footprint) it only shows the very last 3 second clip of your character's feet and the "Welcome back to Vana'diel" dialogue. It does not show the previous cutscene portions.

[Edit] Same cutscene name also appears in the Goblin Footprint list at Reisenjima entrance and does show the full cutscene. This makes it confusing when both entry and exit locations for missions are all done inside Reisenjima Sanctorium. May want to consider consolidation of the two cutscenes or make them shared between locations.
