    I'd rather see them finish monstrosity then add mounts....who ever came up with the idea of mounts? what actual content do they add? I love my chocobo the way it is.

    Yoshi P and his crew of developers.
    People in 14 are willing to even spend real money to get unique mounts, minions and other vanity items.
    It's popular there and apparently takes minimal development effort, so they're taking the idea to XI minus the cash shop aspect. (I hope)

    This one would be great, but probably development team will give us some complains because of the size and how troublesome would be to adjust its jump animation.
