Unable to target other party members when clearly in party

Steps:
1. Party leader entered battlefield

2. I went in 3rd, party leader called 3 trusts, but I was unable to see party member 1 and 2. They show up in party list but character models do not appear.

3. Attempted to cure them with /ma "Cure IV" <stal> but command errors out. Unable to target them with F1 and F2.

Also unable to cure even if put the persons name directly ie /ma "cure iv" "name"

Am able to see trusts and cure and buff them.

Am able to buff party member 1 and 2 with songs, as I asked them if they got songs on after I sung them and they said yes, but the effect does not show up in my chat log. I only see songs being applied to the 3 trusts.

This occurred also earlier in the day when we were doing delve. Some of the members of the party could not see anyone else, the only way they could fix it was to logout and log back in.
