Controller Dpad isn't working correctly after the Dec 10 Update

Steps:

1. I logged into the game today and noticed the left and right directions on my D-pad do not function correctly. When first logging on, the left pad works, but the right does not.
2. If I enter any menu (such as the main menu, talking to the moogle, etc) the left pad ceases to work completely as well.
3. I am using an XBox 360 controller with XInput, I've selected the "Alternate Setup E" for the gamepad configuration with Enable Force Feedback, Enable XInput, and Enable gamepad when game is inactive selected. I edited the camera control settings to be reversed.
4. This appears to be the problem, as upon resetting the settings to Alternate Setup E with no edited camera controls the gamepad worked correctly.

Edit: Figured out the issue and updated my report to reflect it!
