While accessing the crystal the menu failed to load controls unresponsive only able to chat link shell chat say ext ext. Had party leader change to BLM and attempt to Warp II me. Spell went off character diapered from my screen only leaving name still locked up on the HP crystal. forcing a reboot of computer to correct the issue.

Another member of my LS "Jetrel" reported same problem with the same HP crystal being random occurrence. He said he is running windows 7
