Also I just noticed this but are things in meters now and not yalms?

That's only seeing the English votes. They asked on the JP forums as well, and that likely got the majority of votes over there for option 2.

Second time my post is deleted... Please consider when changing this to 35 meters radius that the ability "Death trap" from Golden Kist will hit the whole battlefield.

Ever since we reduced the battlefield areas for Geas Fete in each of the Eschan zones in the December version update, we've been receiving feedback and monitoring the results of this change, and we have decided to make further adjustments.

In the next version update we will be reverting the size of these battlefields to the size prior to the December version update; however, we will be keeping the current battlefield size for the Geas Fete that occurs near Eschan Portal #9. This is being done to answer the feedback we've received stating that the current size is not an inconvenience and it's possible to escape from the battle area.
