2.Spawn Quasilumin
3. It will start to move sometimes and sometimes not then despawn and never reach escort end not allow mission to progress

When spawning the Quasilumin for the mission it will randomly despawn without ever reaching the end of its patrol. Meaning that the mission can't be progressed or completed.

3. The Quasilumin will spawn and either immediately despawn or move along its path for a few seconds before despawning. This is 100% reproducible and blocks all Chains of Promethia progress at this point.
