Missing Cutscene "An Uneasy Peace" At Goblin Footprint

Steps:
I beat A Shantotto Ascension about 5 or so years ago, but I'm unable to replay the "An Uneasy Peace" cutscene from the Sacrificial Chamber's Goblin Footprint. I know I've replayed it before, but that was about 3 or 4 years ago; it's now unavailable. I've been able to replay each cutscene up to it, as well as the final cutscene "A Shantotto Ascension (Fin)" in Windurst Walls.

I was able to reenter the battle preceding it, (Project: Shantottofication) and was also able to replay the cutscene that opens that battle from the Goblin Footprint. I completed the battle and tried to play "An Uneasy Peace" again but was still unable to. I then turned in the key item "Tonberry key" I received after redoing the fight, then once again tried to replay "An Uneasy Peace" but it's still unavailable. I also tried on another PC but still to no avail.
