Mission Bug ! affecting my ingame progress !

Rhapsodies of Vana'diel Mission: Somber Dreams

I am stuck in this mission and i cannot progress!.
I have defeated the NM in {Grauberg S}, and i have received a Cut Scene from '???'. However, once i zoned into {Walk of Echos} i did not receieve the next Cut Scene which i should.

I tried zoning in and out {Walk of Echos} three times and i did not get a Cut Scene. I tried waiting one whole game day, zoned out of {Grauberg S} and back in into {Walk of Echos} still no Cut Scene. I tried starting the next mission, nothing happens. I shutdown FFXI-Play Online and logged back in, did all the above again and no progress.

Help me out ?
