yonin and innin CD problem with paralyzed

when i am paralyzed and i click on yonin and innin their CD starts and i dont get their effects

As Orenwald stated, the paralysis may be preventing you from gaining the desired effects, since paralyze is a negative effect that can block many positive effects from taking hold. Just in case, I recommend trying to do this again without having a paralyzed character to see if the same thing happens.
