    /propose issues

    Ok I know most people dont even know how to use this command properly but it is an efficent way to take an anonomus poll. The problem is, from what I have seen, even when done via linkshell chat or say it is only visible to members of your party/alliance. Please adjust it so /propose can be used to take a vote among the entire linkshell.
