Missing ninja spells

Is it me, or should Ninja have a few more spells in its repetoire?

For example, spells to:
lower a mobs evasion
lower a mobs accuracy (not blind)
Increase a mob's casting time
Lower a mob's magic accuracy
etc

I would like Paralyze + (Jubaku: Ni)

Also Lower mob ACC (Not Kurayami) = Blade: Kamu , Exenterator

Also be nice to have a spell that makes Enemy Silenced

I mean, when fighting shit that Keeps doing AOE it kinda screw us all up ><

Even with Utsesumi: San it will wipe shadows and then........... ><

so it be cool to have spell that silences the mobs
