Oh, how did you get to the Empyreal Paradox? I took the Home Point crystal from Bastok and then the device down to the Empyreal Paradox. I'm assuming the CS occurs with the device taking one to the Empyreal Paradox, right?!

I took the alternative upgrade route. I Installed the Preview version and upgraded that to Professional. Upgrade, not clean install.

The first time you launch POL, Windows will prompt you to install DirectPlay, which you'll need to do to play. That was all that was needed to get the game working.

Making a GM call every 2-3 months for over a year, and finding out the dev team hadn't even opened the ticket to look at it.

I wish you the best on getting to finish your missions! At this point getting them to reset you to the beginning would be quicker . . . BTW, thus far when I open a GM call, an hour later I've been still waiting and usually give up. How long is the wait, typically and when should you submit another request?
