Lord of Ulbuka still not fishing up after fishing the prerequisites

Steps:
1. Picked up Ebisu rod this morning
2. Fished up Remora, Ancient Carp, Tusoteuthis Longa, Cameroceras.
3. Went to Yorcia FC, then to Cirdas Caverns
4. Landed over 20 Lords between those 2 hourss. Most were line breaks, fine, but three have said lack of skill. I have 110 skill, 7 gear, 5 house, and adv support. Duck/penguin or albatross/penguin rings used. I thought lack of skill messages only occurred when not getting those 4 fish.
5. After getting frustrated and using half a stack of dwarf pugils, went to Katsunaga - Mhaura (G-10)
6. Verified the 4 required fish have been fished up.

I'm 110 fishing too. I used a puffin ring and seagull ring and got one in on the 2 nd attempt.

And you can use rotten meat (as well as trout balls, sliced carp or even lizard lure) instead of dwarf pugil, if this helps.

If your getting line snaps, you are doing it right.

When you havent caught the 4 gate fish, you get "lack of skill" message every time.

The line snap rate is just terrible, thats all.
