Greeter Moogle disappears at 23:00 JST not 00:00 JST

Hello,

I was in the process of talking to the Greeter Moogle at 22:59 JST on July 9, 2015 and it disappeared during my transaction (not giving me my 9 Leathercrafting kits level 40).

I thought we had till 00:00 JST, plus disappearing in the middle of a transaction is not very honorable, is it?

1) Are you factoring in for DST shifts? Japan and several other countries don't observe DST so what you thought was 23:00 JST might actually have been 00:00 JST. As I'm writing this it is now 16:15pm BST, 11:15am EST and 00:15am JST, does that match up with what you expected the time to be?

2) Use the bug report format or this will just get chucked into the "Insufficient Information" sub-forum.

There is the page in Japanese, with the JST time. It ends at 23:00. Basically always does.
