Cannot advance in "Rhapsodies of Vanadiel" missions

Steps:
1. I got the first "Rhapsodies of Vanadiel" cutscene in San d'Oria (my character homeland) during the free login campaign last month.
2. On my current mission I have "Emissary from the Seas" wich consists in zone into Selbina or Mhaura for a custscene.
3. I choose Selbina but I never got the cutscene.
4. After this custcene that I never got, I should talk to the NPC Naillina inside the Mayor's House (F-9) and choose the first option for another custcene, but I don't got even this one.
5. Mhaura path don't work as well.
6. I tried to zone inside these areas in all possible ways (connected outside area, ship and home point teleport) but nothing happen.
7. I have all expansion packs with all missions completed but I don't have "A Crystalline Prophecy", "A Moogle Kupo d'Etat" and "A Shantotto Ascension" add-ons.
8. The Square Enix Support Center said to me by email to call a GM in game but I don't know how to do it.

Thank you. The GM sent me a message from the help desk saying to do what I already did: post this thread in this forum section. The only hope left for me now is to get attention here.

Maybe ur locked by another quest in selbina

I had the Ranguemont Pass Map quest started in Selbina and I finished, but the problem continues. No more current quest in Selbina after that.
