Valefor - No Town Battle when Bastok has lost it's Territories

Why are there no battles in Bastok Market past (Valefor server)? Bastok has no territories so there should be town battles 4-5-2011

it is already withing the game, id the beastmen have taken over a sity area, in this casr bastok there should be campaign battles, personally i have participated in one long ago. if the town is controlled by bastok then there will be no town battle

I've never seen the beastmen actually take control of towns, but if the city is the only territory a nation controls then there should be battles in town. I know the battles in Sandoria (also on Valefore) stunted my quest progress a few times over the past week.
