Can we get Uriel Blade as well as some of the other General weapon skills, please?

There is without a doubt a weapon skill for each weapon type that we could all have.

(Yes I am aware this was posted before, but Camate said back in 2011 as a response that if enough people asked for it, we would most likely recieve.)
