With the most recent change to Enmity, large volumes of damage dealt does not allow players to generate enmity as easy as they once were. This allows players to somewhat disregard hate management and just spam as much damage as possible. While this is a welcomed change, it also changed how Rangers play.
Jishnu’s Radiance is a very powerful bow weaponskill and before the update, using this weaponsill was rather risky in most situations because the amount of damage it did was enough to pull hate easily. Now this weaponskill can be used without any risk to pulling hate due to the way enmity is calculated based on damage output. With the changes to the Skirmish Bow Phaosphaelia and good +DMG augments on it, the skirmish bow outranks both the Relic Bow and Relic Gun in terms of pure damage. Even when you factor in the longer delay on the Phaosphaelia, it still comes out ahead of the Relic Bow and Gun (using Last Stand). I think that the Relic Bow and Relic Gun need to be re-evaluated

Annihilator

Due to the enmity changes, Coronach and the Aftermath hardly have as much use as it once used to. Since enmity generation doesn’t occur at a high frequency as it once did for Rangers, the -30 Enmity Aftermath doesn’t seem as useful (nor the low enmity from Coronach). Also, Coronach itself still falls well behind Last Stand and Jishnu’s Radiance on bow. Maybe consider changing the ftp on Coronach to a higher number such as 5 and changing the Aftermath from -30 Enmity to +30 Ranged Attack or +5% Ranged Attack. Last Stand could also benefit from an ftp boost to keep it competitive with Jishnu’s Radiance.
If the above options are not viable, then simply adding in a new bullet similar to Achiyalabopa Bullet with Ranged Attack and Accuracy but with +270 DMG or higher would at least keep Annihilator competitive against a Phaosphaelia wielding Ranger. Or change the Gun’s base damage from 105 to 125.

Yoichinoyumi

Relic Bow’s base damage should be increased to be more competitive against Phaosphaelia. Possibly adjust Namas Arrow’s ftp values and change the aftermath from ranged accuracy to +Critical Hit Damage.

These are just suggestions, and I believe that most if not all R/E/M’s need to be re-evaluated such as Burtgang and Atonement. The new enmity adjustment makes Atonement’s damage low because it is harder to hit the new enmity cap. You might want to adjust the multiplier on the enmity TP tiers to increase the damage.
