Deals massive single-target non-elemental damage. (ie: 1/3 of 6-person meteor)
Requires: Elemental Seal.
Aftermath: Fallout.

Fallout: 60 second aura/weather around target.
Adds Ultima and 6-BLM-Meteor damage to Fallout DMG.
If 6-BLM-Meteor is cast during Fallout, aura/weather changes to "Blight".

Blight: 60 second aura/weather around target.
Adds Ultima damage to previously accumulated Fallout DMG.

1 BLM in non-meteor PT uses Elemental Seal/Ultima. (50,000 DMG Fallout)
Meteor PT 1 casts Meteor. (50,000 DMG+150,000 DMG Blight)
1 BLM in non-meteor PT uses Elemental Seal/Ultima. (200,000 DMG+50,00 DMG Fallout)
Meteor PT 2 casts Meteor. (250,000 DMG+ 150,000 DMG Blight)
1 BLM in non-meteor PT uses Elemental Seal/Ultima. (400,000 DMG + 50,000 DMG Fallout)

After 3rd casting of Ultima during Blight, aura changes to Fallout, bursts and deals accumulated DMG.

Blight is there so chain-casting Ultima is not an option, since it's not a group spell.

One ultima over another adds nothing to fallout and is subject to Meteor's resistance attributes.
