Both the body and Monisette's info on the Karagoz Farsetto are showing up with a stat block that only has the following:

Karagoz Farsetto (Rare/Ex)
[Body] All Races

Lv.99 PUP <Item Level: 109>

We're terribly sorry for the issue and I'm going to check if we can get a fix in before the next patch.

Not a problem. Glad I could help. Stats work fine, they're just not showing. And it is also showing like this as the PC version as well. Don't have a PS2 version but assume it might be wrong there too, just as a head's up
