There was a very interesting bit posted in the "Known Issues" section of the Jan. update notes concerning Dia and Enfeebling potency gear.

The effects of the increases enfeebling magic skill attribute of the items "Estoqueur's Sayon +2" and "Uk'uxkaj Boots" do not apply to Dia spells.


I think many of us are wondering what exactly this entails. I think most of us are thinking/hoping this is referring to a potency buff in the defense down attribute of dia, but is it perhaps referring to the tick damage of Dia? Both?

For example, it seems (last that I've read) that Saboteur does not boost the Defense Down of Dia spells, but raises the dot damage and duration.

Could there be some clarification on this, please? I think if it does refer to Dia's defense down potency, then Saboteur should also be looked into adjustment for Dia's defense down potency as well. Rdm's debuffing ability would really benefit from this.
