Mog House Furnishings Exclusive Inventory

Some linkshellmates and I were talking about decorating our Mog Houses, and how much fun it can be to, and also how sad we were because decorating the house means negative inventory space in our Mog Safe. So I thought wouldn't it be great to have a inventory that was only accessible in the Mog House that was for FURNISHINGS ONLY and that you could use those pieces in the layout menu. It would be the Mog Wardrobe but for the Mog House.
It could easily be defined just as the Mog Wardrobe was:

80 item slots
Only Furnishings can be placed in to it
Only accessible while in Mog House
Furnishings can be placed in Mog House via the layout command menu

i really really need something like this. im at almost 80 pieces on myself and 79 unique pieces on my mule. more inventory space would be wonderful. more floor and wall space would be great as well!
