Linkshell Issue Follow-up (Nov. 27)

Here is an update concerning the issue that occurred during Nov. 9, 2014 22:30 to Nov. 10, 2014 0:00 (PST) / Nov. 10 2014 6:30 to 8:00 (GMT) in which Linkshells/Pearlsacks turned into Linkpearls.

Once preparations are ready, we are planning to mail out the correct Linkshells/Pearlsacks to the Delivery Boxes of characters who were affected by this issue. Because you will not be able to accept any more new deliveries if you have more than 128 items in your Delivery Box, players who were affected by the issue should check the Delivery Boxes of their characters who were affected and make sure there is enough room to accept new mail.

We will let you know the delivery date once it is confirmed.

For those players who placed a GM call by Nov. 27, 2014 regarding this issue, preparations have now been made to mail out the correct Linkshells/Pearlsacks to their Delivery Boxes. As of Dec. 4, 2014 22:00 (PST)/Dec.5, 2014 06:00 (GMT), we will begin the mailing to these affected players, proceeding in the order in which their call was received.
Because you will not be able to accept any more new deliveries if you have more than 128 items in your Delivery Box, players who were affected by the issue should check the Delivery Boxes of their characters who were affected and make sure there is enough room to accept new mail.

As for delivery to the rest of the affected players, we apologize, but it appears some time will still be needed until confirmations and preparations for delivery can be made. We will let you know as soon as a date has been confirmed for the next batch of deliveries.

Below is more information regarding the issue of Linkshells/Pearlsacks turning into Linkpearls that occurred during Nov. 9, 2014 22:30 to Nov. 10, 2014 0:00 (PST) / Nov. 10, 2014 15:30 to 17:00 (GMT).

For cases where Linkshells turned into Linkpearls, we will mail out the correct Linkshells starting from Dec. 7, 2014 22:00 (PST) / Dec. 8, 2014 15:00 (GMT).
Please ensure that your character’s Delivery Box does not have more than 128 items, or else you will be unable to accept new mail.

For cases where Pearlsacks changed, we will continue confirming these cases and making preparations to send them out at a later date. Once this date is determined, we will make another follow-up post.
