[dev1242] Question about the Accuracy update

Can you please reconfirm with the development team that Hand-to-hand has not been adjusted this update?
I know I am blatantly admiting that I parse, but that's beside the point.
I have noticed that in capped accuracy situations my own accuracy on monk has gone up to 98%, similar to other one handed weapon wielders.

According to your previous reply this should not be possible.
