Nope. that's just repulse mantle. There are some Knockback effect it fully negates. Those effects also happen to be the smallest ones. So far it looks like anything at 1.8 yalms or lower just gets negated. I'd think the most likely cause being the knock back potency going below 1.0 yalm, then getting floored to 0.
