XBOX 360 UNABLE TO LOG TO FF11

When i log in it let's me use password log into Playonline.... As soon as i click plat button on playonline Gives me error code POL 0006. Iam able to Log in using PC but not on xbox360. Pls assist on this issue.

same thing happen to me...i can play other online games except ffxi...keep getting pol error code...so connection is not the issue

Yes i played till like 1:30central us time after i log out it gave me error...... I should of stayed loggen in.

Same problem, and I know it's not my internet because I'm playing FFXIV right now on my PS4.

square enix already knows. its a known issue that they are working on right now. its not just yall, its anybody playing on xbox

I am having the same issue connecting into the game on Xbox as well. I was playing last night til around midnight or so when I got DC'd, once I tried reconnecting I received the pol error 0006.
Wish I would have checked here earlier to see that everyone was having this issue... I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no avail

I'm also getting the "Error code:POL-0006" after I log into the game. Any idea why this is happening or when it will be fixed?
