Stuck at playonline viewer and couldn't enter game (xbox360)

We are aware of the issue that Xbox 360 users are experiencing when trying to log into Final Fantasy XI. This issue is currently being investigated, but we cannot provide a resolution time-frame. Do we have any updates? Have you figured out what changed either on SE's end or Microsoft's end to cause the problem. This seems to be an extremely massive problem, yet the website has no updates or even acknowledgements of the problem.

Spoke to Microsoft for over an hour today after chatting with SE and made no headway... However I did get a free month of XBox gold!

it appears to be a login in issue and only part way it comfirms ur user and pass and u can use most pol features just wont let u load the game but its not kicking already logged in users out not effecting pc users my brother can login in the same house

This issue is getting ridiculous. We have paid the same money to play that the PC users paid. My PC is antique and the graphics card will not support FFXI. And I've been using a game console to play for over 10 years now.

Whatever the problem between Microsoft and SE needs to be dealt with. This is SOOO frustrating!

I've been waiting all day to get back on and after talking to SE and Microsoft they seem to blame each other..

I think it's time I've returned to being a playstation gamer for Final Fantasy
