Can we please change this?

It is frustrating to be constantly failing synthesis attempts on recipes we are significantly above the level of.

Here's an example of what happened today:

Objectives: Make 3x Silver Mittens.

Levels: Smithing 60, Goldsmithing ~53

This is how it went:

Iron Ingot x4: Success
Iron Ingot #5: Fail, 2 Iron Ore lost.
Iron Ingot x3: Success
Iron Ingot x1: HQ, Steel
Iron Ingot x1: Success

Iron Chain x3: Success
Iron Chain #4: Fail, 1 Iron Ingot lost.
Iron Ingot x3: Success

Chain Mitten x1: Success
Chain Mitten #2: Fail, 1 Iron Chain lost.
Chain Mitten x1: Success
Iron Ingot x2: Success
Iron Chain x1: Success
Chain Mitten x1: Success

Silver Chain x3: Success

Silver Mitten x1: Success
Silver Mitten #2: Fail, 1 Silver Chain lost.
Silver Mitten x1: Success

Total Waste due to failure:

-7 Synthesis Attempts to replace lost materials
-12 Iron Ore (~9,600 gil)
-2 Silver Ingots

With so many Multi-step crafts (Make the Ram Leather, Make the Four Iron Ingots, Make the 2 Iron Chains, Make the 2 silver ingots, make the silver chain, make the chain mitten, make the silver mitten for a total of 12 synthesis attempts) in the game, it is incredibly frustrating and annoying to keep failing ones you're over-leveled on.

Iron Chains are Lv30. I'm Lv60. Why did I spend all of that time and gil to level my crafts up when I'm still failing recipes 30 levels beneath me?

I've had my Woodworker fail Ash Lumber recently. She's 92 Woodworking, Ash Lumber is Lv8.

Can we please stop with the crafting fails on stuff we're higher level than? Perhaps 10+ levels over means that we have a 100% success rate? Or maybe 10+ levels, 0% chance of losing the materials (only the crystal)?
