Steps:
1. Start the cutscene for Darkness Descends pt. 1. It does not matter if it's from zoning in or Goblin Footprints.
2. After the stuff with Odin, Lady Lilith says "Am I not the daughter you had always envisioned? Superior in every conceivable way to that undersized, dim-witted slip of a girl?"
3. Starting with the line after that ("Say that you agree..."), Lady Lilith's bat wings disappear for the rest of the cutscene.
4. They are back for Darkness Descends pt. 2. There is no textual reason her wings should disappear and reappear.
