Regarding trust npc

Hello recently returned and I wanted to ask a question regarding the trust npcs.

Do they scale depending on my gear? Also lets say I am on thief and i am lv70 with a low dagger skill, does this mean that my whole trust team will have awful hit chance as well?

I guess what I am trying to find out is where do they get their stats and power ratings from?

Level and ilevel is all that matters I think.

Do /checkparam and see your level or, in the case of 99+ your overall ilevel.
