Why do we have sic/ready timers again?

Seems to me that if the jug/charmed pet has 100 tp, they should be able to use it, with potency, accuracy, and effectiveness based on TP, just like the wild ones do.

The timer for sic/ready should be reduced to something like 1 second. It is absolutely retarded to have them and further reduces the effectiveness of the pet.
