    red mog pell not received

    I had an active account between the 17th and 30th but didnt receive a red mog pell, dunno what else to do, so im posting here.

    They are giving out on last name basis. My last name starts with "S" and I have not received one yet. Might take a week or two.

    At this time, all the pells should have been sent out to customers.
    Would you mind providing the following information?

    Did you have an active subscription between July 1 and August 31, 2014?
    Did you log into your character during this time?
    Have you transferred worlds since August 31, 2014?
