2) Nothing Happens.

Check to make sure she doesn't already have an item for you and that you don't already have the item you're trying to reforge. And did you try speaking to her first?

Yah, I have tried speaking to her first. She doesn't have any items being reforged and I don't have the item already. I have successfully reforged other pieces of gear so I know I meet all the prerequisites.
