Any plans to allow Ochain, Aegis, and Gjallarhorn to be reforged to 119?

Currently these items do not have a ilvl 119 counterpart. Due to this, they have fallen behind greatly, for example, a Paladin with Aegis tanking a level 125 target will be severely penalized due to Aegis not having any Shield Skill(and thus the block rate will be extremely low, like 10% or less). Ochain has some amount of +Skill on it that players cannot see, but as mob level rises, the unique block rate of this shield will fall behind even easy to obtain shields with item level on them. In an effort to not make the 99 versions of these shield obsolete, can the 99 version be allowed to be upgraded in a similar manner as other relics/mythics/empyreans and given something like the Shield Skill equivalent of ilvl117 shields?

As for Gjallarhorn, since the new flute from Alluvion Skirmish can be augmented with All Songs +3, it has the same +4 as Gjallarhorn, meaning the only bonus Gjallarhorn has is the moderate CHR/Wind Skill/Singing Skill bonuses. These attributes are rather pointless since BRDs can easily land debuff songs with the large amount of magic accuracy and CHR available from reforged relic ans artifict armor and 119 staves. Is it possible to let Gjallarhorn be upgraded to 119, perhaps giving it "All Songs +5" or maybe the ability to cast "Massacre Elegy" or something unique other than the +skill and +CHR which do nothing except give a slight boost to song accuracy(again, irrelevant given the high amounts of accuracy we get from other places, also Troubadour which makes accuracy 100% when meritted fully)

Rather than some invisible shield skill, it's more likely that the higher block rate is a property of Ochain being a different, unique, shield size. That's size 6, btw.

Different shield sizes have different base block rates. For example. Aegis is a size 5 shield, and has a base block rate that's 5% higher than a size 3. Test Aegis and any size 3 shield(that doesn't have skill+ on it) and that's the block difference you get.
