"Enhances Meikyo Shisui" Augment on the Samurai Relic Feet doesn't work properly

Steps:
1: Have your main job set to Samurai, level 90+.

2: Prior to each weapon skill, have an augmented Relic Footwear equipped. Sakonji Sune-Ate (+1 or not) or an augmented Saotome Sune-Ate +2 both work equally for this.

3: Use Meikyo Shisui. Your TP will jump to 3000 as expected.

4: Use a weapon skill, making sure to keep the above augmented Footwear equipped before and during each weapon skill. Due to the "Enhances Meikyo Shisui" augment, it will only cost 750 TP instead of 1000. This is intended behavior. Repeat this step until you are somewhere in-between 750 and 999 TP.

5: The glitch happens here. When you are between 750 and 999 TP, a weapon skill will not work. The TP reduction under Meikyo Shisui appears to only work after the weapon skill is initiated, and as such you are still expected to have 1000 TP (or more) to initiate a weapon skill.
