    the fact that they added its own icon instead of the grey ball with red lines amazes me, but indeed, it is hard to see in many situations.

    your kidding. be glad we have an icon that lists a number of shadows in the first place. When i first started....you had to keep track of it yourself. if you ask me, the icon and number count is being lazy (nice though it is to have).
