I want to bring some ideas to the trusts. Like "http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxi/threads/43569-Trust" Mentions is we are getting more and more Trusts by the minutes. But there are some changes i would like to see coming to them.
Config

Trusts are Oblivious. Let's say you are getting hit. Your trusts stays idle and watch you die. Commands would be nice. so that you can command your Tank to attk and let him get Enmity. And tell your WHM or RDM or any Healer you have to make them cure him and stay at an apropriate length so he/she doesnt get hit.

Problem:
As you all know, some area are still tough to some job to solo or TH for some jobs that doesnt have such as:
- Dynamis
- Salvage
- Einherjar
- And more...
Lack of cures in some bosses can one shot you. I am not saying to get All trusts at once. maybe one or 2. Example: if you are a THF/NIN, it would be nice to have a Healer as RDM/WHM would be nice to have an Healer or THF etc...
As a conclusion, since most of the content as gone solo. Trusts in end game would be a nice addon.
