Xavinien in Scouts Coalition causes crash on Windows 7 when checking loot info twice

Steps:
Once speaking to Xavinien, ask for reward information. Then select Delve, then Ceizak Battlegrounds. Choose any rank, then select "This isn't relevant to me" at the bottom, then exit back and attempt to choose Delve again. The game will then crash. Possibly works with other delve information choices. Attempted twice, crashed both times.

Notes: I realize this bug has been reported before, however, that was over 6 months ago and was for the Xbox 360 platform, so I decided to post this here to clarify it is also present for the Windows platform.
